Prestige Wealth Management Group was founded with the goal of assisting our clients in every aspect of their financial lives. We provide financial advice for people who want to protect and grow their assets in language that is easy to understand. Prestige Wealth Management Group was founded in 1994, and has 16 employees. Our wealth managers have over 70 years of combined experience. Our staff consists of experienced professionals including CFP®s ChFCs, CRPCs and CPAs with a “hands on” approach to financial guidance. We provide comprehensive wealth management advice to over 400 families. Not only are our team members knowledgeable, but our staff truly cares about making our clients’ dreams a reality. We do everything in our power to keep our clients focused on where they want to go, advise them on how to get there and continually remind them of the importance of maintaining a disciplined approach to realizing their dreams. At Prestige Wealth Management Group, we take our responsibility to our clients very seriously. In addition to providing investment advice, we conduct regular meetings with clients, and we offer newsletters, reports and other communications to clients to keep them informed of the markets, tax laws and other issues that may affect them. That’s our job, and we do it well.

Roy Williams, ChFC

Roy is CEO and a principal owner of Prestige Wealth Management Group. With nearly 30 years of professional experience in financial planning and investment management, he holds the Chartered Financial Consultant designation through the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA, and earned his degree in finance from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA. Roy is also a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Nationally-recognized for his knowledge and experience in the financial industry, Roy’s insight is regularly sought by top-tier financial media, including The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones Newswires, SmartMoney and Reuters. He is a frequent commentator on CNBC and FOX Business News, and is often featured locally by The Star-Ledger, The Hunterdon County Democrat, The Courier News and other respected publications. Throughout his impressive career, Roy has achieved numerous industry accolades, including being named to Barron’s Top 1,000 Advisors for 2009, 2010 and 2011. For the third year in a row, Barron’s ranked Roy as one of the Top Five Independent Advisors in New Jersey and the Top Independent Advisor in Hunterdon and Somerset Counties.1 In addition, Roy was ranked as one of the Top Financial Advisors in America by Research Magazine’s Winner’s Circle.2 In the recent issue of Registered Rep. He participates in CrossFit, spinning and hiking, and is active in fund raising activities for local charities such as the Bonnie Brae School and Residential Treatment Center and the Hunterdon Medical Center. Roy is very involved in the community of Flemington, and Hunterdon County in general, as an active member of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce, Flemington Lions Club and 200 Club of Flemington.

Steve Linden, CPA/PFS

Steve is CFO and a principal owner of Prestige Wealth Management Group, and has nearly 30 years of professional experience in the financial industry. He has extensive knowledge of accounting principles and tax code, and provides clients with direction in financial planning and investment strategies. Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Steve earned his degree in accounting with honors from Queens College, CUNY, with a CPA designation. He is highly regarded by his clients and colleagues, and is an in-demand public speaker, frequently addressing educational workshops throughout the region. Steve was recently named as a 2012 Five-Star Wealth Manager by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.4 Steve is a devoted New York Jets fan and also cheers on the Penn State Nittany Lions. He enjoys cruises with his family, great food at niche specialty restaurants and bakeries, and a variety of sports, including kayaking and fresh water fishing. Steve also volunteers his time and talents to local charitable work. He is a member of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce and participates in fund raising activities for the Bonnie Brae School & Residential Treatment Center and the Hunterdon Medical Center.

Thomas McCabe, CPA/PFS

Tom is Director of Accounting and Chief Operating Officer, and brings to Prestige more than 20 years of experience in preparing tax returns and advising high-net-worth individuals and small businesses on tax and accounting matters. Tom obtained his CPA license in 1988 and has earned the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ PFS (Personal Financial Specialist) credential. A CPA/PFS is a CPA with the powerful combination of extensive tax expertise and comprehensive knowledge of financial planning. Prior to joining Prestige in 2008, Tom was a Vice President and Chief Administrative Investment Officer for the Merrill Lynch Trust Company. In that capacity, he managed the team that provided fiduciary investment and tax oversight and guidance to high net worth clients with a particular focus on alternative investments such as real estate, hedge funds, insurance, annuities and closely-held businesses. He began his career as an auditor with Deloitte and Touche LLP, where he specialized in the audits of financial services companies, and also served as Assistant Director of Princeton University’s investment administration team. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance from Rider University. Tom is also an adjunct Professor of Accounting at Rider and sits on the University’s Accounting Advisory Council. Tom is a member of the Lions Club of Flemington, and is an adventurer who enjoys active outdoor sports such as surfing and snowboarding. He is a teacher at heart and loves to share his knowledge with others. He is devoted to his five daughters and places a high value on giving back to the community through his charitable work with local organizations such as the Hopewell Valley Chapter of the YMCA and activities supporting the Hunterdon Medical Center.

Kenneth Paul, CFP®

Ken joined Prestige in 2007 with eight years of experience. He gained his expertise while working for First Investors Corporation, Merrill Lynch and Vanguard. A graduate of Drexel University, Ken is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a licensed Health and Life Insurance Representative with FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 registrations. Ken has a strong background and focus on personal financial planning and consulting. As a Wealth Advisor, Ken works diligently with his clients to provide exceptional advice and service. He takes pride in upholding the Standards of Professional Conduct that set the ethical standards for CFP® professionals. Ken has been recognized as a 2011 Five Star Wealth Manager by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.4 In his downtime, Ken looks forward to many activities with his wife, Kara. He enjoys kayaking, mountain biking and visiting the gym. As a Corvette enthusiast, Ken will frequently attend shows and events. Ken also enjoys being involved with charities and the community and supports many organizations including Lulu’s Rescue, the Lions Club and the Marine Corps. Toys-for-Tots program.

Walter Chmiel, Jr.

Walter joined the team at Prestige in September of 2011 and brings with him several years of finance and market experience. For the past 6 years he has been an Assistant Vice President and Senior Analyst on the Fixed Income trading desk at Bank of America – Merrill Lynch focusing on Interest Rates, Futures and Inflation products. Before joining Merrill Lynch he was a Corporate Accountant at Wyndham Worldwide specializing in financial reporting and forecasting. While in college Walter spent two summers interning for LeBranche and Associates as a Floor Clerk on the New York Stock Exchange. Walter is a graduate of Rutgers University obtaining his BA in Economics and also holds his FINRA Series 7 License. In his spare time he enjoys being active in intramural and outdoor sports, spending time with family and gathering with friends. For the past two years he has also been involved in the Winter Wishes for Kids and Family’s, an organization sponsored by New York City Cares who supplies 30,000 under privileged youths and teens with gifts for the holiday season.

Andrew advises clients on comprehensive financial planning, and brings 11 years of experience to the team. As Director of Financial Planning, Andrew develops unbiased strategies and recommendations for clients’ complex financial needs. Prior to joining Prestige in 2010, Andrew worked at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc and PNC Investments, Inc. Andrew earned his B.S. degree from Drexel University and holds his Life, Accident and Health insurance designation as well as his FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys being with friends and family, which includes his infant daughter. He is a passionate Philadelphia Flyers fan and also likes hiking and camping. He is an avid writer, and has recently authored a book about human resources.

Annie came to Prestige in 2011 as a Financial Planner after 29 years with Merrill Lynch. She held numerous positions there including Investment Associate, Financial Wealth Manager and Financial Services Advisor. She earned her CFP® designation in 1998 through Fairleigh Dickinson University, her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2001 through American College and her Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation in 2006 through the College for Financial Planning. Annie earned her Masters of Science degree in Financial Services from American College, and holds her FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations as well as her Life & Health Insurance license. Annie is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Raritan Valley Community College, North Branch, NJ. In her free time she enjoys distance running and spending time with her husband and twin boys.

Jim joined Prestige in 2007 with 12 years experience in financial services, most recently with First Investors Corporation, where he provided operations administration for multiple office locations. At Prestige, he is responsible for application review and approval, reporting, analysis and trading, as well as ensuring that the office is compliant with industry regulations. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce – Business Administration from Rider University, and several Principal/Supervisory registrations. Jim is a life-long NY Giants fan and hasn’t missed a home game in 20 years.

Kathy Boyle

Kathy has a 20-year career in marketing and development for financial service organizations. At Prestige, she provides strategic oversight to all client relations and communications initiatives, and leads business development and public relations efforts. In this capacity, she works to expand ongoing client appreciation events, produces communications materials, plans educational seminars and enriches the overall client experience. Prior to joining Prestige in 2009, Kathy served as marketing manager and senior business analyst at Dow Jones & Company. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Delaware and is a proud and involved alumnus of UD. Kathy is a devoted mom, an active member of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce and a board member of the Flemington Lions. She is involved with the Flemington Area Food Pantry and participates in fund raising activities for the Hunterdon Medical Center. Kathy also gets great satisfaction from lending her marketing expertise to charities and local clubs.

Cherie graduated from the University of California Irvine with a degree in Criminal Law, and has over ten years of professional experience in financial services. Prior to joining Prestige in 2002, Cherie was a Senior Internal Wholesaler for annuity firms American Skandia and Sage Life. At Prestige, Cherie’s focus is on maintaining and developing client relationships and managing special company projects. Cherie enjoys traveling, interior decorating, entertaining and spending time with her young son. Cherie is also dedicated to helping others and working with charity organizations. She completed her first 60-mile (3-day) Susan G. Komen walk in October 2010 and is dedicated to raising awareness for breast cancer research and finding a cure.

Steve joined Prestige in 2010 after eight years as a marketing professional in the technology industry for international technology reseller SHI. He earned his marketing degree from Rutgers University, and gained extensive experience in planning and executing marketing programs, creating collateral and managing corporate branding and website development at SHI. At Prestige, Steve oversees the planning and execution of client events and communications. Steve enjoys participating in community theater productions and singing, and has twice performed on stage at Carnegie Hall. He serves on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Gay Men’s Chorus and the Jessica A. Fox Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to raising awareness of and supporting research for a cure for triple negative breast cancer.

Bob joined Prestige in 2009 and prepares individual and business tax returns for Prestige Wealth Accounting Group. He is also involved in tax planning and consulting services for Prestige Wealth Accounting Group clients. Bob has been practicing public accounting since 1985, after graduating from Rider University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA. Bob’s work experience includes five years at Deloitte and Touche and 10 years as Corporate Controller for a Princeton, NJ based diversified holding company. He also has specific expertise as a CPA specializing in tax and business planning for small and mid-sized companies. Bob is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Certified Public Accountants, and is an adjunct Professor of Accounting at Rider University. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing basketball.

Sondra joined Prestige Wealth Accounting Group in 2011 bringing with her over 17 years of accounting, bookkeeping and tax experience. She is a QuickBooks Certified User with extensive experience in preparing tax returns for businesses and individuals, as well as bookkeeping for small and mid-size businesses. In addition to her tax background, Sondra also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for a Fortune 500 company based in Central NJ. Sondra attended Georgian Court University where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting. She also earned her MBA with an Accounting concentration from Georgian Court University. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, taking day trips with her husband and spending time with her twin sister. She is an animal lover and currently has three cats and a dog, all adopted from various shelters. She enjoys watching hockey and is a devoted fan of the New York Rangers.

Eileen joined Prestige in 2008. Her responsibilities include welcoming clients, telephone reception, customer service and file maintenance. She graduated from St. John’s University with a degree in Communication Arts. Throughout her career she has worked as an Administrative Assistant for advertising and marketing firms in New York City and in New Jersey. Eileen enjoys traveling, especially cruising, and spending time with her family and friends.

Shauna joined Prestige in 2011 with eight years of experience in management and business development. For the past eight years, Shauna worked in the investor relations and public relations sectors, and brings her expertise in project management, leadership, marketing and financial analysis. Shauna earned her Bachelor's Degree in biology from Salisbury University and a second Bachelor's Degree in psychology from Towson University. She recently earned her MBA with a focus on project management and executive leadership. Shauna is responsible for managing special company projects. Shauna enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking with her dog and fiancé, traveling and scuba diving.

Noelle joined Prestige Wealth Management Group in 2010 to provide operations support. She assists the Operations Manager in preparing and processing account paperwork for new and existing clients. Noelle attended Rider University pursuing a degree in Communications and has worked in the service industry for the past 15 years. She is a devoted mother to her daughters and loves to spend time outdoors during all of the seasons. She and her family enjoy skiing, camping and canoeing.

Anne joined Prestige in 2011 and brings a wealth of professional experience in the financial industry. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and her MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, and has worked as an analyst at financial institutions in Chicago, Minnesota and New Jersey. Anne assists in daily business operations, HR and office management. In her spare time Anne trains for and competes in numerous Olympic distance triathlons, including the NYC Triathlon. She also enjoys do-it-yourself home repair projects, traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.
